Complaint Policy
EL PORNIFERO is committed to ensuring that any person using services provided by EL PORNIFERO or affected by its operations has the right to lodge a complaint and to have their concerns addressed in ways that ensure access and transparency. EL PORNIFERO will provide a complaint fair management procedure that follows principles of natural justice and complies with applicable legislative requirements. Complaints will be reviewed by EL PORNIFERO and resolved within seven (7) business days of the complaint being received. One member of the EL PORNIFERO staff will review the complaint and make judgement based on the information and evidence available, informing the complainant by mail of what is being done to investigate and resolve it.
As far as possible, complaints will be investigated and resolved within seven (7) business days of being received, but if this time frame cannot be met, the complainant will be informed of the reasons why and of the alternative time frame for resolution. The complaints register and files will be confidential and access restricted.
EL PORNIFERO will give a fair and balanced description of what happened and what conclusions have reached on your complaint. If EL PORNIFERO is able to put things right, we will try to, if is not, EL PORNIFERO will be open and honest to explain what went wrong and why and try to improve in the future.
If you have reached the end of EL PORNIFERO internal process and your are still not happy with EL PORNIFERO response, or EL PORNIFERO has not replied to your complaint in time, you can ask to have your complaint reviewed again or you may be able to lodge a complaint before the corresponding competent authority.
Cancellation Policy and Refunds
As a User you can cancel your account at any time sending an email to support@elpornifero.com .All User’s content will be immediately removed from the service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once the account is canceled. EL PORNIFERO is not and will not be responsible for the loss of any content.

Refunds shall be handled on a case by case basis by CCBill’s Consumer Support, it’s possible to receive either a partial or full refund based on the timing and use of benefits. The decision to refund a charge does not imply the obligation to issue additional future refunds. Refund will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. Modifications and Interruptions.
EL PORNIFERO does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the website, numerous factors or circumstances outside of EL PORNIFERO control may interfere with or adversely affect the operation of the website.
